Why I Created A New Soul Song Productions
For over 22 years, I’ve run a massage therapy practice in Greenwich, Connecticut. I witnessed something heartbreaking time and again: stressed-out parents and caregivers would leave my practice feeling calm, centered, like themselves again. But the moment they
stepped back into their chaotic lives, that peace would slip away. They’d be right back to running on empty, reactive, disconnected.
I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I created A New Soul Song Productions—expanding my reach beyond the massage therapy room and making these tools more affordable and accessible. Now you can maintain that calm no matter how loud the world gets, with tools you can use anytime, anywhere to reconnect with yourself.
As a recording artist, MBSR-certified mindfulness practitioner, and co-creator of music for KindMind’s social-emotional learning curriculum, I use the transformational power of music to help you find your way back to your center.
Let’s build a better tomorrow together—I’ll be there to guide you with song.
