Christina Connors
As a headline performer, Christina has traveled over Europe and South America, spending three years with Costa Cruise Lines in an extraordinary experience she used to expand her impressive range of styles to include additional Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, and German songs.
In the United States, Christina is a frequent performer with regional theaters where some of her favorite roles include Mary in “The Life,” Sarah Brown in “Guys And Dolls,” Laurie in “Oklahoma,” Mallory in “City Of Angels,” and Marion in “Music Man.” In Florida, she has been seen performing her one-woman cabaret show, “Journey to the Past,” and as one of three women in Florida’s award-winning show “Respect.” No stranger to the New York stage, her performances there include her 2008 hit one-woman show “Home Is Where the Heart Is” in two of Manhattan’s legendary cabaret theaters, Don’t Tell Mama and The Duplex.
Christina’s passion for music is as deep as her commitment to share that gift in the service of others, and currently she can be found sharing the stage with Broadway’s biggest stars, raising money for local charities. Her performance at New York’s Shubert Theater benefited Dena Hammerstein’s Only Make Believe foundation. Most recently Christina performed to a sell-out benefit crowd in “Hear Our Song,” a production she also produced and co-hosted.
Christina, a native of West Hartford, Connecticut, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theater from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford. When not on the tour, she lives in Greenwich, Connecticut.
